Playce uses a secure electronic medical record system called SimplePractice which provides an encrypted secure platform for our clients. Playce will send home exercise plans, evaluations, and similar documents through the SimplePractice Client Portal. If other therapists, physicians, school staff, or similar therapy team members require your child's documents, then they are accessible through the Client Portal.
Parents will have access to their child's scheduling and can make adjustments like adjusting time for change in routine or requesting an alternative time. Parents will also have access to specific healthcare documents, like superbills and invoices.
